Content Policy
PromptPrepare is committed to maintaining a high-quality, safe, and honest AI prompt library. This policy explains how we curate, review, and moderate all content published on the platform โ and what standards we hold ourselves and our content to.
How Our Prompts Are Curated
Every prompt published on PromptPrepare is reviewed and tested by our team before it appears in any library, use-case guide, or trending list. We do not publish user-submitted content automatically.
Our curation process involves three stages: (1) structural review โ the prompt must follow a clear role-assignment, context, and output-format structure; (2) output testing โ we run the prompt against at least one major AI model (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) and evaluate the output quality; and (3) safety review โ the prompt and its expected outputs must comply with our quality and prohibited-content standards below.
Community usage counts shown on trending prompts (e.g. "28.4K copies") reflect aggregated interaction data and do not represent unreviewed user submissions. No user-generated prompt content is published without editorial review.
Quality Standards
A prompt qualifies for the PromptPrepare library only when it meets all of the following criteria:
- Specific โ the prompt provides enough context, role, and constraints to produce meaningfully better output than a generic AI request.
- Structured โ the prompt uses a clear format (role assignment, task description, output format, constraints) rather than a one-line question.
- Tested โ the prompt has been run against a live AI model and the output verified to be useful, accurate, and relevant to the stated use case.
- Safe โ the prompt does not elicit harmful, deceptive, or dangerous outputs when run against major AI models.
- Genuinely useful โ the prompt solves a real professional or creative task that a meaningful number of users would benefit from.
Prompts are periodically re-evaluated as AI models are updated. If a prompt produces significantly worse or unsafe output after a model update, it is removed or revised.
Prohibited Content
PromptPrepare does not publish prompts that are designed to produce, facilitate, or encourage any of the following:
- Harmful content โ prompts intended to produce content that could endanger individuals, groups, or communities, including instructions for violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
- Illegal content โ prompts intended to facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, hacking, identity theft, drug synthesis, or copyright infringement.
- Deceptive content โ prompts designed to generate misinformation, fake reviews, phishing messages, deceptive advertising, or misleading AI-generated text intended to deceive readers.
- Hateful content โ prompts targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Adult or explicit content โ prompts that produce sexually explicit material, content involving minors, or material that violates platform decency standards.
- Spam or manipulation โ prompts designed to automate spam, manipulate search engines, or generate bulk low-quality content at scale for deceptive purposes.
This list is not exhaustive. PromptPrepare reserves the right to reject or remove any prompt that our team judges to be harmful, inappropriate, or contrary to the spirit of these standards, regardless of whether it falls into a named category above.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure
PromptPrepare is a platform about AI prompts. We use AI tools, including large language models such as ChatGPT and Claude, as part of our content creation and prompt testing workflow.
Specifically: some prompt descriptions, introductory copy, and editorial content on this platform may be drafted with AI assistance. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human member of our team before publication. We do not publish raw, unreviewed AI output as authoritative editorial content.
Prompt outputs shown in "Before / After" examples on the trending page and prompt library pages are real outputs generated by running our tested prompts against live AI models. These outputs are selected and lightly formatted for display, but are not fabricated.
We are committed to transparency about how AI is used in our product and content creation process. If you have questions about any specific piece of content, please contact us.
